Our gastronomic proposal embraces the whole Tuscan and Florentine culinary tradition, with great attention to the quality of the raw materials and ingredients. The menu includes simple or “grandmother’s” recipes along with more elaborate dishes. You can choose from a wide selection of soups, such as leek, farro (spelt), bean and black cabbage soup, and fresh pasta dishes, tagliatelle with tomato and basil or gnocchi … following with the typical tripe and cod Florentine style.
Among the more elaborate recipes, we offer dishes of stuffed fresh pasta or pappardelle with wild boar sauce, risottos, wild boar stew and the magnificent Florentine steak served on an ollar plate to keep the heat.
