Our gastronomic proposal, combining the experience and research, embracing all the Tuscan and Florentine cuisine, recipes ranging from "poor" (or Grandma!), to more elaborate dishes.
Among the poor "recipes", our clients can enjoy, for example, the typical Florentine soups like ribollita soup, or soup of leeks, tagliatelle della nonna, "gnudi" tomato and basil, risottos, the bits of the Hunter, as well as the tripe and baccalà alla fiorentina.
In the richest and elaborate recipes, we propose, among others, the ravioli with ragout, pappardelle, enriched by wild boar sauces prelibatissimi, Hare or porcini mushrooms; as regards the latter, pink pepper filets, the classical Florentine steak and wild boar stew.

Also the Restaurant Gustoleo offers a wide choice of dishes and labels that are appropriate to the local level as well as to taste like propose Staff who sits at the table: a good selection of the best wineries in Tuscany, such as Castello Banfi, Marchese Antinori, Melini Farm. The staff is available to propose the right bottle.
